Dear-Community Development:
The owner of Villa Cortina Unit#350, Ponch Inc.-Trio Inc. c/o Patricio Rivera Tones Burilla,
would like to add additional square footage to the loft area as approved in Building Permit#B17-
0020. The. original square footage was 758 square feet and the new is 874 Square feet for an
additional 116 square feet. As shown on the floor plan;the additional area is achieved-by
building over the entrance area to the unit and the existing closet/ski storage area at the entrance.
Let us know what fees would be payable for this modification. Please contact this office if you
