SCOPE OF WORK LETTER
Pre-wire and install in accordance with NEC, IBC, IFC and Vail Fire
Department amendments:
1x Simplex 4090-9001 – addressable input module for elevator shunt
power supervision.
1x Potter Electric PAM-1 – multi voltage control relay module
Mapping – program the new module to initiate self-restoring supervisory
signal in case the power to the shunt circuit of the shuntable breaker has
been disconnected.
