Scope of Work
1. Partially remove existing wall between kitchen and living room.
Replace with As Design CCK1 Structural.pdf
2. Drywall patching as needed by removal of wall.
2. Provide gas for new gas range

3. Upgrade and re-locate current electric panel in kitchen.

4. Add ten (10) canned lights to living room, dining room and kitchen and add two (2) light
receptacles for pendant lighting in kitchen.
