SCOPE OF WORK: PVC
1. Create job site safety plan and keep Material Safety Data Sheets on site. Provide roofing permit. Perform the state required asbestos
testing.
2. Furnish onsite toilet, dumpster, trash to be disposed of.
3. Remove exiting perimeter flashings, inspect drainage crickets and roof decking. Damaged decking or crickets to be replaced as needed
under add change order. Only as much roof that can be replaced in one day will be removed. Roof to be left watertight at the end of each
work day.
4. UL Class A: Install ½” densdeck (flat roof only), mechanically attached to structural deck. 4 layers of Atlas FR10 on the barrel roof
portion.
5. Reuse metal copings.
6. Mechanically attach 50 mill Duro-Last colored membrane.
7. Flash in all roof penetrations as per manufacturer’s specifications.
8. Specifications to meet or exceed the manufacturer’s recommendations to achieve the manufacturer’s 15 year no dollar limit warranty.
