Re: 981 Red Sandstone Circle
1. We, as owners of 981 Red Sandstone Circle, Vail, CO. hereby
agree to have the 19' x 28' second level deck membrane replaced
by Master Sealers and the Dekorator decking color Grey to be
installed by MBA Group.
2. We, as owners of 981 Red Sandstone Circle, Vail, Co. hereby agree
to have the stairs to upper level deck replaced with 4"x12"
stringers and treads to be of 1-1/2" x 11-3/4" Galvanized Grip
Strut metal.
3. We, as owners of 981 Red Sandstone Circle, Vail, Co. hereby agree
to have other ancillary siding, gutter, heat tape, etc. repairs as
needed to complete items 1 and 2 per Town of Vail Building
Codes.
