Homestake Condo's states that sometime in approximately the next two (2) years all the exterior lighting will be upgraded. It was discussed that elevations aren't required, and Justin would consider photo overlays. Justin requests enough information to show the materials, the extent of the changes and the component materials/fixtures that are being added.
