Chris,
Our intention is to replace all of the hand/guard rails to the black steel. The back 2 decks, north side of complex, are our highest priority. The front deck hand/guard rails will be
changed to steel. The west end hand/guard rail is being fabricated and according to the contractor, is 75% complete as of Monday this week. The install has not been scheduled.
The front decks are in need of some of the wood replaced as a maintenance issue/need. Our history with the 2 north decks is that they have been rental units and therefore not
shoveled during the winter months. After meeting with the TOV wildland fire team, we as an association have decided to make the back 2 decks with FR composite material to match the
deck replacement on units #1.The east end steel hand/guard rail is what we are basing all of our future hand/guard rail to

Can you please confirm for me if all of the decks at Sunlight North will have the decking and railings
replaced? In other words, will all the decks match each other, with the black steel railing (to match
the existing steel railing on the east side of the building)? All of the green railings will be removed,
and the staircase railing and deck rail on the west side will match, too?
