A request for an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit, pursuant to Section 12-16-10, Amendment Procedures, Vail Town Code, to allow for an extension to the existing Conditional Use Permit for a private parking lot, located at 934 South Frontage Road (West Day Lot)/Unplatted, and setting forth details in regards thereto.
