NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Commission of the Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with section 12-3-6, Vail Town Code, on November 12,
2018 at 1:00 pm in the Town of Vail Municipal Building.
A request for an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit, pursuant to Section 12-16-10, Amendment Procedures, Vail Town Code, to allow for an extension to the existing Conditional Use
Permit for a private parking lot, located at 934 South Frontage Road (West Day Lot)/Unplatted, and setting forth details in regards thereto. (PEC18-0037)
