RE: Vail Club Elevator
To Whom it May Concern,
This letter is a request for permit to replace the elevator disconnect,shunt trip,pit lights,and
switch; and service the GFCI. The work is to be performed at Vail Club, located at 28o Vail Rd,
Vail,CO 81657.There will be no change to load calculations.
All work shall be installed in accord with all applicable local and national standards. All work
will be tested and inspected prior to scheduling a final inspection.
