Site Coordination Plan-Public Works

Parking and Staging-
Box trucks will be delivering restaurant kitchen equipment beginning at 6:00 am. The The equipment will be uncrated and staged for lift in the plaza in front of the Blossom retail store.
Hi-Crane will be providing a small crane which will be parked in front Valbruna at 100 east meadow. A substantial path of egress will be maintained for traffic and emergency vehicles.
Equipment will be lifted onto the patio where it will be received and moved into the restaurant for install.
Fencing-
Rocky mountain Construction Group will furnish and install barricade style fencing to surround the staging and parking. Flagging tape will also be used to clearly mark the affected area
in and adjacent to the public right of way. This fencing will completely demark and enclose the area used for staging and parking as well as the area beneath the path of travel for
the equipment being lifted.
Traffic and Safety-
Rocky Mountain Construction Group will employ and outfit flaggers to coordinate work and direct public traffic. The flaggers will be outfitted with high visibility vest and hard hats
and will be given signage to communicate with the public safety. Access to public areas and businesses will be maintained without interruption. Town of Vail in town busses and emergency
vehicles.
Protection
Rocky mountain Construction will provide 6 mil plastic and plywood under the vehicles and at the outrigger locations for the crane to protect the pavers and snow melt hydronic lines.
Notification
Notification has been given to the neighboring businesses. We have communicated the scope and schedule. Work will be completed prior to the opening of affected businesses in the area.
