We have been contracted to install individual fire alarm systems in the residences at
Chamonix Building 1. We will install monitored smoke and carbon monoxide detection
to code based upon the specified fire alarm plans. Our installation with consist of the
following devices:
• Concord 4 alarm panel
• System Sensor 2WTAB smoke detectors
• System Sensor COSMO2W smoke and carbon monoxide combination detectors
Our installation will be performed in accordance with applicable NFPA 72 standards,
International Building Code and National Electrical Code 70 and Town of Vail Standards.
