We are writing this letter in regard to the completed structural work performed at the Vail Valley
Medical Center, West Wing building, CATH Lab remodel described in the construction documents
dated July 28, 2014. Structural Consultants, Inc. acted as the structural engineer of record for the
remodel project.
Based on our field visits to the site during construction, and review of the Unistrut shop drawings
submitted to us for review, we represent and acknowledge that to the best of our knowledge, belief
and opinion,the structural systems for the CATH Lab remodel have been completed and integrated
into the project in general conformance with the construction drawings, Sheets S100, S102, and
S103 prepared by Structural Consultants, Inc. and our field recommendations.
