This CCD forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Construction Documents dated July 28, 2014,
as noted below.
Changes to Specification Sections:
1. SECTION 01 5000—TEMPORARY FACILITIES&CONTROLS: delete "SEE SECTION 01 5213"from sub-section 1.10
FIELD OFFICES
2. SECTION 09 9000—PAINTING &COATING:
a. Revise sub-section 1.02 C to read, "Section 21 1000 Water Based Fire Protection: Color coding scheme
for items to be painted under this section.
b. Revise sub-section 1.02 C to read, "Section 23 0553 Identification for HVAC Piping and Equip: Color
coding scheme for items to be painted under this section.
3. SECTION 13 4905—X-RAY RADIATION PROTECTION: Revise sub-section 2.03 E.to read, "...to receive grout fill,3"
(75 mm)wide x width of door opening..."
Changes to ARCHITECTURAL Drawings:
1. G003—CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE:
a. Add Sequence#8—two additional Temp ICU rooms.
2. A101-ARCHITECTURAL DEMOLITION PLAN, LEVEL TWO:
a. Shift keynote#9 in rooms 217, 218 and 219 to be legible. (NOTE:this sheet is not being re-issued.)
3. A102—ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLAN, LEVEL TWO:
a. Revise Patient Rooms 209& 210 to center intervening wall on grid line, and change wall to 6"studs.This
is done to accommodate existing plumbing to remain.
b. Shift Centerline of Patient Bed to Centerline of wall between pilaster face and toilet room wall.
c. Show wardrobe casework locations in rooms 201, 201, 209 and 210.
d. Revise Cath Lab door#200 to un-even pair, 42" large leaf and 30" small leaf. Hardware to remain as
scheduled.
e. Shift centerline of Cath Lab table 8.5"to the west.
f. Show "Q—"column furring at 3/" piping locations in Temp ICU rooms 216, 217, 218& 219.
g. Revise grab bar in Patient Toilet room 201A and 202A to fit on wall.
4. A103—ARCHITECTURAL TAG,WALL PROT., & EQUIP. PLAN, LEVEL TWO:
a. Same plan changes as above.
5. A104—ENLARGED PLANS:
a. Same plan changes as above.
6. A400—ARCHITECTURAL REFLECTED CEILING PLAN, LEVEL TWO:
a. Same plan changes as above.
b. Add ceiling height tag to Corridors C290B and C295A
7. A401—DETAILS:
a. Modify detail#7 to show correct curtain track style. (Not done in previous CCD.)
b. Revise detail#8:
i. change note from "WT-3"to WT1.
ii. show crown molding.
8. A402—CASEWORK DETAILS:
a. Revise detail #7 WALL CABINET dimension to 1'-2"wide. (NOTE:this sheet is not being re-issued.)
9. A601—INTERIOR ELEVATIONS:
a. ALL—show casework section tags for all casework.
b. Elevation#1—PED/OBS 202:
i. Show wardrobe.
ii. add FEP note.
iii. revise casework dimensions. (Shown but not clouded in CCD#02)
c. Elevation#2—revise casework and mirror. (Shown but not clouded in CCD#02)
d. Elevation#4—Patient Room 209: Show wardrobe,sloped floor/ramp and FCU.Add FEP note.
e. Elevation#5—revise casework. (Shown but not clouded in CCD#02)
10. A602—INTERIOR ELEVATIONS:
a. ALL—show casework section tags for all casework.
b. Repair elevations#3E to be legible.
c. Revise Equipment Key note 17 to add "at 48"AFF".
d. Remove elevation height tags from detail#8 Ped/Cath/Exam.
e. Add keynote to door mounted robe hook on elevation#10.
11. A605—TYPICAL MOUNTING HEIGHTS
a. Added elevations for Standard Roll-In Type Shower and Bathtub.
b. Delete detail "G".
Changes to STRUCTURAL Drawings:
1. 5102—PARTIAL SECOND FLOOR FRAMING PLAN:
a. Shift Phillips AD7 Universal Floor Plate 8%z"to the west.
2. A102—PARTIAL THIRD FLOOR FRAMING PLAN:
a. Shift centerlines of Phillips Clea Rails and Monitor Equipment Rails 8%z"to the west. Unistrut system
layout remains unchanged.
b. Plan Note#4 added for support of the EP Power Boom Ceiling Plate.
Changes to INTERIORS Drawings:
c. Peds patient rooms reduced footwall.
d. Patient room 210 paint color change.
Changes to MECHANICAL Drawings:
12. M302—SECOND FLOOR HVAC PLAN:
a. Shifted diffuser and duct grid in Cath Lab 200 to match new cath location.
13. M402—SECOND FLOOR POWER PLAN:
a. Indicated control of existing FTR in Temp Storage 274 & Hall 295C.
14. M701—MECHANICAL SCHEDULES:
a. Added Fintube Radiation Schedule.
Changes to PLUMBING Drawings:
1. P402—SECOND FLOOR PEDICAL GAS PLAN:
a. Removed Med Air to patient rooms 209 & 210.
b. Changed keynote tag in Cath Lab 200.
Changes to ELECTRICAL Drawings:
2. E001—ELECTRICAL LEGENDS AND SCHEDULES:
a. Changed luminaire types W1,W2, and W3.
b. Changed voltage of EF-2 to match submittal.
3. E202—SECOND FLOOR POWER PLAN:
a. Changed circuit serving EF-2.
4. E102—SECOND FLOOR LIGHTING PLAN:
a. Added two downlights and a dimmer switch for control in Cath Lab.
b. Changed all type W1 wall sconces to type W2.
5. E701—ELECTRICAL SCHEDULES:
a. Revised panel schedule to reflect changes to the submitted mechanical equipment connections.
