This CCD forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Construction Documents dated July 28, 2014,
as noted below.
Changes to ARCHITECTURAL Drawings:
1. G001—LIFE SAFETY PLAN, LEVEL TWO:
a. Adjustment of 1 hour fire barrier at Soiled Utility 265.
2. A102—ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLAN, LEVEL TWO:
a. Revised dimensions at patient rooms 209, 210, and 202 as shown.
b. Adjusted casework at Cath Lab 200 as shown.
c. Showing ZVB and AAP at Corridor C290B.
d. Revised lavatory/sink at Staff Toilet 271A and at alcove west of Storage 262.
e. Added card reader note for elevator Lobby 280.
f. Modified partitions at Soiled Utility 265 to accommodate wall diffusers.
g. Revision of shelving layout at Linen 264.
3. A103—ARCHITECTURAL WALL PROTECTION AND DOOR TAG PLAN, LEVEL TWO:
a. Window tag updated at Control 200C.
b. Handrail added at Hall C295B.
c. Lav/sinks revisions, as shown on A102.
4. A104—ENLARGED PLANS:
a. Same plan changes as noted above.
b. Partition types updated as shown.
5. A400—ARCHITECTURAL REFLECTED CEILING PLAN, LEVEL TWO:
a. Revised ceiling at Temp ICU Negative Pressure 224 to have scrubbable ceiling tiles.
b. Revised ceiling at Soiled Utility 265 to horizontal shaftwall (1 hour fire rated) in lieu of suspended grid
acoustical tile ceiling.
c. Revised soffits at Linen 264,to coordinate with revised shelving layout.
d. Added soffits at Cath Lab 200 east and west walls.
6. A401—DETAILS
a. Revised plan detail for Peds/Obs 201 and 202 (at south exterior windows).
b. Added detail for 1 hour fire rated shaftwall ceiling for Soiled Utility 265. (This revision was required due
to extensive existing mechanical-electrical systems above; they prevented construction of effective 1
hour fire barriers for the Soiled Utility room).
7. A402—CASEWORK DETAILS:
a. Coordination of sinks/lays and casework.
b. Casework and countertops dimension adjustments.
8. A602—INTERIOR ELEVATIONS:
a. Revised Linen 264 shelving layout.
b. Revised Soiled Utility 265 elevations to show HVAC wall grille and wall diffuser.
9. A603—STANDARD PARTITION TYPES:
a. Added partition type 'E'.
10. A604—INTERIOR DOOR AND FRAME ELEVATIONS AND DETAILS:
a. Added window type 'C'.
Changes to MECHANICAL Drawings:
1. M302—SECOND FLOOR HVAC PLAN:
a. Adjust ductwork, etc, as shown,to accommodate wall diffuser and wall grille for Soiled Utility 265.
b. Modify Keynote '11'to call for louvers (in lieu of dampers) at Manifold room 275.
2. M701—MECHANICAL SCHEDULES:
a. Lays/sinks coordination at Plumbing Fixture & Equipment Schedule.
b. Air devices coordination for Soiled Utility 265.
Changes to PLUMBING Drawings:
1. P202—SECOND FLOOR PLUMBING PLAN:
a. Lays/sinks modified for coordination with casework.
b. Added note regarding plumbing valves, etc, above the Soiled Utility 265 ceiling.
Changes to ELECTRICAL Drawings:
1. E102—SECOND FLOOR LIGHTING PLAN
a. Added surface mounted ceiling lights (in lieu of recessed) at Soiled Utility 265.
