Project Description:
Proposed remodel of an existing residence. Exterior changes: A new larger
window will replace existing smaller window in the new master bath (master level
north elevation). 25 SF proposed addition in the existing courtyard will receive
new casement windows at second level study overlooking the courtyard. A new
proposed lift and slide door will be added at the courtyard off the kitchen.
Proposing a new out-swing patio door off lower hall into the courtyard. Proposing
new sliding door and windows at kitchen (main level south elevation). Proposing
a new window at the second level new guest bath #1 (second level south
elevation).

such as duplex, condominium, and multi-tenant buildings. This form, or similar written correspondence, must be com-
