Conditions:
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the owner/applicant shall provide a permanent roadway
easement to the Town of Vail for the portions of the existing road, curb and gutter that are within the private
lot. The easement shall run the length of the property frontage, 2' behind the back of curb/gutter. The
easement shall be in a form approved by the Town Attorney.
