(adjacent facade/roofmaterial color or flat black), or capable of weathering so as to be non-reflective

Hi Jeff,
I hope all is well with you are you are getting excited about the ski season in Vail(its starting of to be
much betterthan last year!).As part of the formal review of your fireplace and extended gas line, I
will again need authorization in writing from Happy Place LLC forthe proposed work on the exterior
of the west unit at 4512 Streamside Circle. As a reminder,since these are in different ownership
(Happy Place and Happy Place Too), we need this written authorization. Would you please write
back with your authorization on behalf of Happy Place LLC for the work proposed by Happy Place
Too?
The work description is listed as "Install New Gas Fireplace insert with new exteriorgas line and New
termination cap. Gas insert to be in existing space" with a new gas line on the exteriorof the
building, and a new fireplace vent cap.
