SCOPE OF WORK: Reroof
I. Obtain Permit from TOV
2. Set up public,property and employee safety.
3. Remove the existing standing seam roof panels and dispose of debris.
4. Adhere new Carlisle WIP 300 High temperature bituthene.
5. Install versashield fire paper( required for UL Class A).
6. Install 22gauge d style drip edges.
7. Install double lock standing seam onto prepared roof surface.
8. install new ridge vents with custom ridge metal/
9. Extend entryway downspout to gutter below.
10. Install new snow retention onto all eaves. Design to be per manufacturers spa i fications.
We propose to furnish material and Tabor-complete in accordance with above specifications,for the sum of:$87,830 .Ia

Exclusions: Condensation,Structural repairs,leaks through siding or windows,Entryway repairs not
included.Leaks caused by ice dams,falling snow and ice.Inconsistencies with the rusty metal.
Payment will be due within 30 days of the performance of the work.
This proposal,shall,when accepted by you,Authorized
constitute a contract between us,and all prior Signature
representations or agreements not incorporated herein are Scott Cunningham
superseded.

conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized

I.Turner Morris, Inc shall hold in trust any payment received from you until Turner Morris. Inc has delivered ruotim,materials at Ow
site or has performed a majority of the roofing work on your property.
2.Turner Morris. Inc carries worker's compensation,automobile and commercial general liability(bodily injure and proper;\
damage)insurance.A Certificate of Insurance identifying our insurance carrier and the types and amounts of coverage and tnur
insurance contact information is attached or will be provided to Customer and is incorporated herein by reference and should h,
considered as part of this contract.
