Restoring the exteriorof the unit. We plan to redo all 8 decks on the property by
replacing all old/unsafe wood, adding more support and bringing the decks to
code by adding more balusters to reduce the space between them. There will be
no changes to the footprint or style of the deck. We also plan to repaint the body
of the household with the closest match we could find (SW Panda White) and the
Project Description: trimand decks with a new darkerbrown (SW French Roast). We will clean, prep
and caulkthe house priorto the painting. The pavers along the parking area will
be put backin place and sealed as well. We also plan to mow and do some
minortrimming of the trees around the house. The lights around the house
currently do not match we would like to replace them all to match with a similar
lantern-style starry-night compliant light
