necessary Town of Vail signatures. Please allow one week to process.

THERE WILL BE NO TOTAL STREET CLOSURES! A conslruction traffic control plan must be approved by the
Public Works Department prior to issuance of the permit.
All excavation must be done by hand within 18" of utilities - (Senate Bill 172).
Permittee must contact Public Works Department al 479-2158 24 hours prior to commencing bacKill operations.
Failure to notiiy the Town will result in forfeiture of bond money. Scheduled inspections which are not ready may
result in the Town charging the contractor a reinspection fee.

The term mortgage, when umd herein, shall include deed of trust, truet deed, or
other security inetrument.

encumbrence, adverse claim or other matter affecting the estate or intereet or
mortgage thereon cwered by this Commitment other than thoee shown in
Schedule B hereof, and shall feil to disclose such knowledge to the Company in
writing, the Company shall be relieved from lisbility for any loes or damrge
resulting from eny ect of rEliance hereon to the extent the Company is preiudiced
by failure tq so disclose such knowledge. lf the proposed Insured chall disclose srch
knowledge to the Company, or if the Company otherwisa acquireE actual
knowledge of any such defect, lien. Encumbrance, adveree claim or other m€tter,
the Company at its option may amend Schedule B of this Commitmont
eccordingly, but such amendment shall not relieve the Company from liebility
previously incurred pu*uant to paragraph 3 of these Conditiqns and Stipulations.
