A. Any application for an addition to an existing building that is consistent with thc architethfal design.
rnatcrials and colors ofthe building. and approval has been received by an authorized member ofa
' condotrirrium association. if applicablc:
B. Any application to modiff an existing building that does not significantly changc the existing planes
of the tuilding and is generally consiitent with the architcctural desigrr. materials and colors ofthe
building. including. birt not lirnited to exterior building finish materials (e.g. stonework' siding. roof
rnaterials. paint or stain.). cxterior lighting. canopics or awnings, fences. antennas. satcllite dishcs.
rvinclows. skylights. siding, nrinor cornnrercial l'acatle improvctrrcnts. and other similar modifications:
C. Any application tbr site improvements or modifications including. but not limited to. driveway

ADDITIONAL REVIEW AND FEES

B. The applicant shall be responsible for paying any publishing fecs which are in excess of50% ofthe
application fee. lf. at thc applicant's requcst. arry mattcr is postponed for hcaring. causing the matter
to be re-published. then the entire fcc for such re-publication shall bc paid by thc applicant'
C. Applications dccrncd by thc Commurity Devcloprncnt Department to have desigr. land usc.or other
issucs which may have a significant impact on the community may require review by consultants in
addition to Town staff. Should a determination be made by the Town staff that an outside consultant
is necdcd. the Comrnunity Dcvclopment Departmcnt rnay hire thc consultant. The Departmcnt shall
cstin6tc the amount of money nccessary to pay thc consultant and this amount shall be forwarded to
the Town by the applicant at the tilne of filing an application. Expenses incuned by the Town in
excess of thc amount forwarded by the applicarion shall bc paid to the Town by thc applicant within
30 days ofnotificatiou by the Town. Any cxcess funds will bc returncd to the applicant upon review
