As we have discussed, the town is solely responsible for all mowing, removal of vegetation or other landscaping activities on this property, and will perform these activities in the future at its sole discretion. The Town requests that you acknowledge and agree, by your signature below, as follows: 1. That the property on which these improvements were installed is owned by the Town; 2. That the Town is solely responsible for all mowing, removal of vegetation and other landscaping activities on this property; 3. That the Town has not consented to any mowing, removal of vegetation, landscaping or other activities on this property; 4. That no improvements, either temporary or permanent, will be installed or maintained on such property, including without limitation patio furniture, walkways, stairs and landscaping materials; 5. That you will not mow, remove vegetation or perform any other landscaping activities on this property; and 6. That this letter agreement will be recorded in the records of the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder so that future owners of your property are on notice of its provisions; Please sign this letter below and return it to me within ten (10) days.
