Powers Ave Greenwood Village, CO 80111-1544 Re: Notice of Violation V16-0042 Wren Condo 404 Vail Colorado Dear Owner, The purpose of this letter is to inform you that violation(s) of the building code as adopted by the Town of Vail exist at 500 South Frontage Road Wren Condos. Reference section 114 International Building Code 2015 edition. All repairs, work, alterations being done in violation of the building codes constitutes illegal action and shall cease. The following illegal action has been observed: 1. The use of a storage loft (B14-0015) as sleeping area. 2. As per plans reflected in B14-0015 this area can only be used as storage as RED LINED and noted on plans. Failure to resolve the aforementioned items within 30 days of the receipt of this letter will require the Town of Vail to proceed with legal action allowed by section 114.3 of the International Building Code 2015 edition as adopted by the Town of Vail.
