Description: There is an Owner at The Wren Association, 500 South frontage Road East, Unit 404, that recently built a new loft over the last two
years. I believe TOV indicated to this party that they would not be able to use it as a sleeping quarter or bedroom, per code. This party is currently
using the Loft as a sleeping quarter, as there is a Bed in the loft.
Results: Code enforcement officers Miguel Jauregui and ALan Hernandez stated there is nothing in the code for them to regulate the room use.
Pending building department review. Follow up 12/19/16.
