“Good Morning,
I write to you today in confidence and as an Anonymous tip. There is an Owner at The Wren Association, 500 South frontage Road East, Unit 404, that recently built a new loft over the
last two years. I believe TOV indicated to this party that they would not be able to use it as a sleeping quarter or bedroom, per code.
This party is currently using the Loft as a sleeping quarter, as there is a Bed in the loft.
Thank you for your time.”
