DEMOLISHED. ABANDON IN PLACE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE UNLESS
APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE OWNER ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
CONTRACTOR IS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBILE FOR ALL DEMOLITION
AND PREPARTIONS REQUIRED FOR FINAL CONSTRUCTION,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CORING AND TRENCHING.
PROVIDE METAL TRIM AT ALL EXPOSED CORNERS AT TILE
LOCATIONS.
WALL MOUNTED DEVICES SHALL NOT SPAN BETWEEN SURFACES
OF VARYING DEPTH. DEVICES TO BE LOCATED SUCH THAT THEY DO
NOT SPAN BETWEEN SURFACES OF VARYING DEPTH OR SCRIBED
INTO THE SURFACE MATERIAL WITH THE GREATEST DEPTH OF THE
WALL.
STORE RECYCLABLES SUCH AS COPPER FOR SALVAGE BY OWNER.
