DRYWALL INSTALLATION.
WHEN ITEM NOTED TO BE DEMOLISHED, ENTIRETY OF ITEM TO BE
DEMOLISHED. ABANDON IN PLACE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
CONTRACTOR IS ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBILE FOR ALL DEMOLITION
AND PREPARTIONS REQUIRED FOR FINAL CONSTRUCTION,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CORING, TRENCHING, AND FINISH
MODIFICATIONS
PROVIDE METAL TRIM AT ALL EXPOSED CORNERS AT TILE
LOCATIONS.
SURFACE MOUNTED DEVICES SHALL NOT SPAN BETWEEN
SURFACES OF VARYING DEPTH. DEVICES TO BE LOCATED SUCH
THAT THEY DO NOT SPAN BETWEEN SURFACES OF VARYING DEPTH
OR SCRIBED INTO THE SURFACE MATERIAL WITH THE GREATEST
DISTANCE FROM THE WALL.
STORE RECYCLABLES SUCH AS COPPER FOR SALVAGE BY OWNER.
