REQUIRES AN INTEGRAL MANUAL VOLUME DAMPER.
1. PROVIDE MODULE SIZE TO FIT CEILING TYPE; SEE PLANS FOR NECK SIZES.
2. PROVIDE OBD WHERE GRILLES ARE SHOWN IN A HARD LID CEILING AND THERE IS NO ACCESSIBLE MVD. PROVIDE TRM-S MOUNTING FRAMES IN HARD LID CEILINGS.
3. PROVIDE ALUMINUM FOR ALL WET AREAS.

A. PROVIDE BOX SELECTION TO MEET LAT, DESIGN CFM AND HEATING MBH. FINAL GPM SHALL BE SET DURING BALANCING TO FLOW RATES IN LISTED PRODUCT DATA SUBMITTALS.
B. MAXIMUM STATIC PRESSURE IS BASED ON WIDE OPEN UNIT AT MAXIMUM FLOW FOR TERMINAL BOX WITH 2-ROW COIL.
C. HEATING WATER SYSTEM CONTAINS 40% PROPYLENE GLYCOL.
D. 2-ROW HEATING COIL CONDITIONS SHOW. 1- & 2-ROW HEATING COILS ACCEPTABLE COMPLIANT WITH MBH, WATER FLOW, AIR & WATER PRESSURE DROP REQUIREMENTS & LIMITATIONS.
E. USE OF 3- & 4-ROW COILS MUST BE SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED BY THE SUPPLIER & ACCEPTED BY THE ENGINEER FOR EACH LOCATION PROPOSED.
F. TERMINAL BOX MAXIMUM AIR FLOW CAPABILITIES: 6"=450 CFM, 8"=800 CFM, 9"=1050 CFM, 10"=1350 CFM, 12"=2000 CFM, 14"=3000 CFM, 16"=4000 CFM & 24"x16"=8000 CFM.
G. MINIMUM 2-ROW COILS REQUIRED ON ALL PERIMETER BOXES.
H. COORDINATE FINAL DESIGNATIONS WITH OWNER PRIOR TO LABELING OR BAS TAGGING. TAGS INDICATED ARE NOT FINAL.
REMARKS:
1. EXISTING TERMINAL BOX TO BE REUSED AND REBALANCED
2. NEW TERMINAL BOX
3. RELOCATED TERMINAL BOX TO BE REUSED AND REBALANCED
4. PROVIDE LOW FLOW ALARMS AT BAS FOR THESE TERMINAL BOXES TO INDICATE DIRTY HEPA FILTERS.
5. REPLACE EXISTING N2 COMM CONTROLS WITH BACNET CONTROLS FOR TERMINAL BOXES INDICATED. SEQUENCE AND POINTS TO MATCH SPECIFICATIONS FOR NEW
TERMINAL BOX OPERATIONS. TRANSFER EXISTING CONTROL SETPOINTS TO NEW CONTROLS. NEW BACNET COMMLINE TO BE RUN TO NAE 1 IN LOWER LEVEL. OLD
N2 COMM TO BE CUT BACK TO LAST VAV AND TERMINATED WITH EOL RESISTOR.
