RESOLUTION.
ALL ITEMS IDENTIFIED TO BE REMOVED SHALL BE REMOVED IN THEIR
ENTIRETY INCLUDING ALL WIRING AND EXPOSED CONDUIT AND CONDUIT
SUPPORTS BACK TO POINT OF ORIGIN OR NEXT DEVICE TO REMAIN.
REMOVED ITEMS SHALL BE TURNED OVER TO THE OWNER, UNLESS NOTED
OTHERWISE, AND STORED IN THE AREA DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER.
REMOVE FROM SITE AND LEGALLY DISPOSE OF ALL ITEMS THE OWNER
CHOOSES NOT TO ACCEPT.
WHERE EXISTING CONDUITS ARE SHOWN TO BE REMOVED AND HAVE BEEN
ROUTED IN CONCRETE FLOOR SLABS, CONCRETE WALLS OR CONCRETE
CEILINGS, THEY SHALL BE CUT BACK FLUSH WITH CONCRETE. FILL WITH
GROUT TO ACHIEVE A SMOOTH AND EVEN FINISH FLUSH WITH CONCRETE
SURFACE AFTER CONDUCTORS HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
REUSE EXISTING CONDUIT WHERE CURRENT NEC AND LOCAL CODE
REQUIREMENTS ARE MAINTAINED. PROVIDE NEW CONDUIT AND WIRE FOR
NEW INSTALLATIONS AND EXTENSION OF EXISTING INSTALLATIONS. REUSE
EXISTING CONDUIT IN PLACE, DO NOT REINSTALL EXISTING CONDUIT.
PROVIDE LABELING PER SPECIFICATIONS FOR REUSED CONDUIT.
RELOCATED EQUIPMENT AND DEVICES ARE TO BE CLEANED OF ALL FOREIGN
MATERIAL. REPLACE EQUIPMENT OR DEVICES WHICH ARE DEFECTIVE OR
DAMAGED DURING RELOCATION.
WHERE EXISTING DEVICES ARE TO BE REMOVED FROM WALLS WHICH ARE
REMAINING, WALLS SHALL BE PATCHED TO MATCH ORIGINAL FINISH. BLANK
COVERPLATES OVER EXISTING BOXES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE, UNLESS

PROVIDE 4" SQUARE OUTLET BOX AND SINGLE GANG MUD RING FOR ALL
TELE/DATA OUTLETS AND A/V JUNCTION BOXES. ROUTE 1" CONDUIT FROM
EACH OUTLET TO ABOVE ACCESSIBLE CEILING UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
PROVIDE INSULATED THROAT CONNECTOR ON CONDUIT END. KEEP ALL

CCTV CABLES TO DESIGNATED CONTROL PANELS, PATCH PANELS, OR WALL
FIELDS IN NEAREST TELECOMMUNICATION ROOM LOCATED IN THE SAME
ZONE. PROVIDE J-HOOK TYPE CABLE SUPPORTS EVERY FOUR TO FIVE FEET
TO SUPPORT CABLES IN ROUTE TO CABLE TRAY OR CONDUIT PATHWAYS TO
TELECOMMUNICATIONS ROOM. ROUTE CABLE SUPPORTS SUCH THAT CABLE
VISIBILITY WILL BE MINIMIZED IN ANY OPEN CEILING AREAS.
HANG LADDER RACK ABOVE THE POD FROM THE CEILING UTILIZING A
TRAPEZE STYLE SUPPORT SYSTEM EVERY 5 TO 6 FEET.
PROVIDE A RARITAN PX3-1749V2N1 PDU FOR 18 CABINETS FOR A & B POWER
(36 TOTAL). PROVIDE APC AP780 METERED 20A, 120V PDU FOR 10 CABINETS
FOR A & B POWER (20 TOTAL).
INSTALL DATA, COAX, AND TV CONTROL RJ-45 IN SAME FACE PLATE TYPICAL
AT EACH TV LOCATION IN PATIENT ROOMS. ALL OTHER TV LOCATIONS
INSTALL COAX AND DATA OUTLETS IN SAME FACE PLATE.
COORDINATE NURSE CALL DEVICE BACK BOX AND CONDUIT REQUIREMENTS
WITH VENDOR PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
PROVIDE (2) 1-1/4" CONDUITS FROM LOW VOLTAGE COMPARTMENTS OF
FLOOR BOX/POKE THRU TO ABOVE ACCESSIBLE CEILING ON THE SAME
LEVEL. PROVIDE ANY REQUIRED FACE PLATES, INSERTS, AND BLANKS TO
COMPLETE INSTALLATION.
PROVIDE OBERON CEILING ENCLOSURE FOR EACH WIRELESS ACCESS POINT
DEVICE. MATCH ENCLOSURE TO CEILING TYPE AND CURRENT DEVICE TYPE.
