As Tom mentioned, we are wrapping up our field work / pin search today to determine the basis of bearings for the plat and indication of what monuments were found or need to be set. The attached drawing should not change much from the final T.O.V. submittal copy which we plan on having ready to go on Friday. Please give me a call if there are any questions. It will be virtually the same as the one we provided a few weeks ago. It will still be labled “preliminary” as their crews are just now finishing up the field work to confirm what pins/monuments were found, what needs to be set, etc. But this work will not materially change the plat. Is it ok that it is labeled “preliminary” for the PEC review or should we take this note off? One other change – we are not going to delete the interior lot line. There is a concern that this might create confusion with some covenants on the land. When Greg submits his development plans he’ll note on the site plan that “for zoning purposes these two lots are to be regarded as one development site”. That should take care of any issues with the interior lot line.
