I am the Community Development Director for the Town of Vail, Colorado, and in that capacity, I have personal knowledge of the facts in this Affidavit. 2. The approved development application for renovations to the Vail Golf Course Clubhouse ("Clubhouse") calls for the actual clubhouse building to increase in size by 4,841 square feet. 3. After the completion of the approved renovations to the Clubhouse, it will not be used for any new or additional uses that are not currently being made of the Clubhouse as it exists today. 5. The overall purpose of the approved renovation project is to improve the Vail Golf Course and the accompanying buildings. 6. The improvements to the Vail Golf Course and the accompanying buildings comply with the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Vail.
