Here are some numbers from pedro –
Existing Parking Lot (all asphalt areas) 55,099 sf (1.26 acres)
Proposed Parking Lot (just parking) 44,728 sf (1.03 acres)
I don’t have a diagram demonstrating this but I’m sure we have one if you need it. the reduction is largely due to how we’ve defined the “service area/cart area” on the north end of
the lot.
As a non-conforming parking lot we would only be obligated to provide 10% interior landscaping for any increase to the lot. Since we are decreasing the size there would be no new interior
requirement. That said, existing interior landscaping is 750sf, proposed is 2,000SF

What is the existing parking lot area, the proposed parking lot area, and the net change?
Please demonstrate that the net new parking lot area complies with 10% interior landscaping requirement of 14-5-2-H.
