Has the proposal been modified to address any of the additional public comments from the last hearing? · Don’t move the 18th green. · No pavilion, no tents, etc. · 18th green area shouldn’t be included in the CUP area. · Relocate the banquet room to north side of the building. · Construct or stripe bike lanes, add share-o markings, etc. along Sunburst Drive to address potential bike/pedestrian and vehicle conflicts. · Inadequate parking today and as proposed. · Too much increase in traffic. · Why save the existing building foundation? · Etc.
