The Town of Vail Public Works Department has received
and reviewed the Golf Course Clubhouse plans received 11/1/12. The following comments shall be addressed prior to approval. Please call me if you would like to meet and/or discuss
these comments further.
Provide a traffic report.
Provide a preliminary drainage report memo.
Provide a water quality facility for the hard surface drainage
Provide stamped survey
Please
label all plan sheets appropriately. All civil drawings are labeled C-1.
Show sight distance triangles on landscape plan. Keep all landscaping out of sight distance triangles.
Provide
adequate access to existing service path for appropriate vehicles.
All grading within Floodplain will require a Floodplain Permit, based on the limited grading shown a Floodplain Use
permit should be adequate.
Show location for on-site deliveries.
Show turning movement for trash, WB-50 beer truck, Fire Truck and 40’ bus.
Access thru bus stop should be limited to
emergency access.
Does the snow storage encroach upon required parking spaces? If so provide an approved snow management plan and/or variance.
