Structural Steel Cover Report
Date: November 3,2016 Location: Site Job Number: 16-6600
As scheduled, a representative arrived to perform special inspection services. The following is a summary of
services provided on this date.
As directed by Bob with Evans Chaffee,Ground reinspected the following:
1)Reinspected anchor connections in regards to outstanding steel discrepancy item#1 and found the anchors installed and tightened per
plans. This item is closed o.Todays date.
2)Reinspected high strength bolted connections in regards to outstanding steel discrepancy item#2 and 3. These connections are found
per project plans and bolts in the snug-tightened condition. These items are closed on todays date.
3)Reinspected ridge beam to beam connections in regards to outstanding steel discrepancy item#4 and on grid line A/2.1 wood shims
are in between the beams and connected with grade A307 bolts. Discrepancy item#4 is closed and discrepancy item#5 is open.
Bob and Andy with Evans Chaffee was informed of these inspections and E-mailed a copy of this report with the updated discrepancy list.
