a. A hazardous materials report was not provided for this project due to the size and
extent of work. Compliance with the State of Colorado Hazardous Materials
regulation is required by the Town of Vail.
b. Construction of this project may cause a change from the approved set of plans.
Any changes from the approved set of plans may require further review by the
Town of Vail.
c. Compliance with all Town of Vail Codes and Ordinances is required and approval
of these documents does not supersede any of the Town requirements.
d. All new construction must comply with accessibility requirements as required by
Chapter 11 of the 2003 International Building Code.
