As discussed with the Town of Vail Community Development and the Town of Vail
Building Official, Colorado Mountain Home Properties Commercial Construction
Division, LLC is providing the following as its staging plan related to the renovation to
the 228 Bridge Street Building.
1. No staging on Bridge Street will occur during this project.
2. All removed material will be taking to the back alley along creek over the
existing building roof.
3. All new material will be taking to the back alley along creek over the
existing building roof.
4. No parking of truck, trailers, or any other construction required tools or
equipment will be on Bridge Street during this project.

LLC will keep the access to the alley clear at all times.
