2. PROVIDE SERVICE VALVES ON WATER PIPING SERVING EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT.
3. INIDRECT WASTE PIPING SHALL BE TYPE DWV COPPER (ASTM B-306) ASSEMBLIES WITH MATCHING FITTINGS AND 95-5 LEAD-FREE SOLDER. PROVIDE TRAP ON INDIRECT
WASTE PIPING THAT EXCEEDS 2 FEET IN DEVELOPED LENGTH MEASURED HORIZONTALLY.
4. ROUTE INDIRECT WASTE PIPING AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE (TO ALLOW FOR MOPPING FLOOR) FROM EQUIPMENT TO FLOOR RECEPTOR AND PROVIDE AIR GAP.
5. PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE SHUT-OFF AND FLEXIBLE CONNECTION TO WATER FILTER AND FLEXIBLE CONNECTION FROM WATER FILTER TO ESPRESSO
MACHINE.
6. PROVIDE A WATTS LFUSG-B-M2 MIXING VALVE ON THE HOT WATER SUPPLY AND SET LEAVING TEMPERATURE FOR 105°F
7. PROVIDE A WATTS LFUSG-B-M2 MIXING VALVE ON THE HOT WATER SUPPLY AND SET LEAVING TEMPERATURE FOR 120°F
8. PLUBMING CONTRACTOR TO EXTEND DRAIN LINE TO FLOOR RECEPTOR AS REQUIRED.
