The following items need to be completed for issuance of CO:
1. This TCO is for Building #2 only and includes all items that were constructed on-site (i.e.: foundation, roof
structure, egress components, exterior finishes, etc.).
2. State Housing has inspected and signed off on all interior work that was part of the modular construction.
3. All site work — including landscaping, seeding, erosion control, walkways, park, gate, etc. — shall be
completed prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy (CO).
