2 -A. Remove approximately four feet of Iron-supporting wall and access door from
under staircase that make up the current storage/coat closet (see diagram Al )_
1-B. Relocate door for the tandem crawl space access closet from the south wall to the
east wall (see diagram A2).
1-C. Remove floorboard heating unit from under the window on the west wall and
relocate it to the adjacent south wall (see diagrams Ai & A2).
1-D. Install wet bar, along west hallway wall and provide plumbing, electrical, and
lighting for the above. Add GFIC convenience outlets per code in proximity of the new
wet bar area (see diagram A2}. '
1-E. Replace floor covering, paint, and decorate to finish.

siding will be necessary for this project so I would like to do this prior to the exterior
remodel this summer.
3-B. Add new duplex electrical outlet "pigtailed" From existing duplex outlet already in
the wall for flat screen TV electrical power (see attached. side elevation diagram).
3-C Remove vacated television coax cable and phone wiring from exterior of building.
