As the managing representative for the Tall Pines HOA, in Vail CO, we have reviewed
the brochures for the Semco Clad Casement windows and they appear to be consistent
with the current existing windows. We understand that 24 windows ( units) will be replaced
and exterior color will be Classic Bronze and with these specs:
Enhanced View Mesh Screen
Insulated, LoE 366/i89
U-Factor = 0.3
SHGC = 0.19
The Tall Pines HOA approves the installation of these windows for 2241B Chamonix Lane, Vail CO.
