WITHOUT FIRST COORDINATING WITH VVMC AND OBTAINING AN
APPROVED METHOD OF PROCEDURE.
PATCH AND REFINISH AREAS INPACTED BY CONSTRUCTION. FINAL
CONDITION TO BE LIKE-NEW.
ALL LIFE SAFETY SYSTEMS AND FIRE RATED ASSEMBLIES TO BE
MAINTAINED PER LIFE SAEFTY CODE REQUIREMENTS AT ALL TIMES.

DOORS TO BE LOCATED 6" FROM ADJACENT WALL ON HINGE SIDE
UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE
SALVAGE ALL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, CONFIRM NEW LOCATION WITH
OWNER
PROVIDE COORDINATION WALK WITH OWNER AND ARCHITECT TO
CONFIRM ALL BACK BOXES AND WALL DEVICE LOCATION BEFORE
DRYWALL INSTALLATION.
WHEN ITEM NOTED TO BE DEMOLISHED, ENTIRETY OF ITEM TO BE
DEMOLISHED. ABANDON IN PLACE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
