ARCHITECTS
The Vail Valley Medical Center (VVMC) is an existing health care facility with construction dates

First Floor Emergency Department Remodel
This phase of the project includes remodel of the first floor Emergency Department (ED) corridors. The Corridor width NFPA 101 Section 18.2.3.4 and IBC 1020.2. This corridor is 8 ft wide
ED and the interior hallways serving the ED have all been considered as a single suite to date, Due to except for a small section where the existing. width is 6'-8" and has been
the proposed East wing demolition and construction and elimination of the corridor continuity through approved by the DFPC. We would also like to request the same the east wing during demolition and construction of the east wing, the continuityof the first floor consideration from the Town of Vail GHJ as this is an existing condition D
