CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH PERMITS BECOME VOID:
If construction is not begun within 6 months from the date permit was issued.
If more than 5 months elapses between inspections.
If incorrect information is given on the application at the time the permit was issued.
- Special Inspection is required on micro-piles and proof of inspection shall be provided prior to backfill and pouring of crawlspace floor
slab.
- Crawl spaces shall only be accessible through an opening not greater than twelve (12) square feet in area and have a ceiling height of
five (5) feet or less, as measured from the surface of the earth to the underside of the structural floor members of the floor/ceiling assembly
above pursuant to Section 12-15-3, Definition, Calculation, and Exclusions, Vail Town Code.
