B18-0380: For the sheets that you would like to exclude from the final submittal, please upload blank sheets named the same as those you are "deleting." Since they have been through multiple reviews already we are unable to delete them from the system so the only way to exclude them is to overwrite them with blank sheets. No need for a transmittal form; at this point you are responding to comments on the active review. B18-0428:This permit has been approved, however we have not yet received an electrical permit application for this work and the building permit cannot be released without the electrical on file.This does need to be a new electrical permit—any of the existing cannot be revised to include this work. Cody, I've attached a current receipt for B18-0380 and included additional staff on this response. Until the scope is actually the final scope our staff will be unable to evaluate if there should be a change to the fees assessed. We are in the process of responding to comments and resubmitting permit#B18-0380 and there are certain units that we would like to remove from the scope as part of the resubmittal. The sheets that we would like to remove from the permit scope are: • A6.33 • A6.41 • A6.42 Should I just clarify this on the transmittal form? For permit#B18-0428, is there any additional information or action that we need to take on our end? Can you please provide an update on the status of this permit resubmittal?
