Good afternoon, Sean.
Unfortunately, the previous permit expired. Thus a new permit is required.
All permits expire 180 days after the last "good faith" effort is made to keep the permit current. The last effort made on
this permit was by Nedbo Construction on March 21, 2018—clearly more than 180 days ago. Also,we understand that
the project has been completely redesigned. Such redesign requires additional plan review.
In regards to fees paid,the customer will be required to pay—at a minimum—the plan review fee based upon the
complete valuation of the project. I will waive the permit fee as it was previously paid for, but that's the best I can do
for you.

Hi CJ,
I left you a lengthy VM and am wondering if we should just get together at your office
for a few minutes with the Owner Rep. I think we could quickly bring you up to speed
on current plans, as-builts, status of framing, status of MEP work, current valuation,
etc. We could discuss any changes you anticipate between 2012 and 2015 codes and I'd
like to understand how previous permitting fees will be applied. I'm sure I'll get
pushback from the rep and owner if they have to pay new fees all over again, but let's
have a dialogue on it.

On other notes, I'm part of the Lionshead project with Humphreys and will plan on
attending the meeting next week with everyone.
