Chris,
Good morning! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. We are getting ready for permit submittal for Phase II and the GC,
Henry Reed just wants to confirm that we do not need to submit for DRB for this door change that you and I have
discussed a couple of weeks prior.
Henry did let me know that there is a DRB submittal coming up next week if we do need to make this door change
official.
Thanks!

Hi Amy,
If the windows look the same from the outside (materials, colors, size) then no need to get another DRB permit.
Thanks,

Subject: Villa Cortina, Unit 355
Chris,
Good morning! The last time I had taken Unit 355 through DRB, we had been approved for sliding, pocketing
doors at the patio. Those doors used the same openings as exists today. The owners have decided to go a less
3
expensive route and change those patio doors to folding (accordion) doors, same manufacturer. There is no
change to the look of the doors when they are closed and the existing opening is remaining. Is there any reason
we would have to submit again to DRB for this change?
I have emailed with Paul Breitenwischer at the HOA and he has no issue with our change.
Thanks!
