Construction Activities Observed: The contractor epoxied horizontal dowels into existing foundation
wall.
Equipment in Use:
H-P/Kumar's Site Activities: We observed holes to be correct diameter and a minimum of 5" in
depth and blown free of debris prior to application Of HILTI HIT-RE
500 V3 Epoxy as per manufactures specifications.
