� guidelines published as Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Final Rule: Title II of
! the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), 15 USC, Sections 2641 through 2654 and in
� compliance with 40 CFR, Part 763. Representative sampling is base on the following
� criteria:
