Dear Jon and Carol Shanser,
This letter is to acknowledge Board approval at Mountain Meadow
unit 1 for interior kitchen improvement, 2"d floor expansion into
the living room of 1 foot 9 inches, remodel of 3 bathrooms with
the following conditions:
1. Construction shall be in accordance with the submitted
application and follow Town of Vail requirements.
2. All materials to match existing finish, stucco and color.
3. All construction debris to be cleaned up on a daily basis.
4. Homeowner will be responsible for all costs associated with
the project.
5. The builder and any sub-contractors agree that they have
no financial or legal recourse against the HOA, for any
reason what so ever.
6. Construction activity be performed Monday - Friday 8 am to
5pm and no work on Holidays.
7. Contact Jon Brenden with any questions and for final
project sign off at 970-904-0903.
